As the Account Manager , you will be the main liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. You will identify growth opportunities across various sectors and ensure timely delivery of projects.

In this role, you will:

🤝 Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.

🚀 Understand clients' business objectives and industry challenges to provide strategic digital solutions.

🤹 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of integrated web design, development, and digital marketing services.

🔒 Communicate campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to clients, creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations.

🗺️ Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client accounts.

📈 Manage client expectations and promptly resolve any issues or concerns.

Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm (GMT).

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ 3-5 years of account management experience, ideally within a digital agency.

✅ A strong grasp of web design, development, and digital marketing principles.

✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into client-friendly insights.

✅ Proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations and visual aids for strategy sessions.

✅ The ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to gather and present relevant data insights.

✅ Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.

💰 Competitive Salary: Earn a monthly salary of up to £2,700.*

🌍 Global Work Flexibility: Work remotely from anywhere in the world.

🌴 Paid Time Off: Enjoy 20 days of annual paid leave (increasing to 22 days after 2 years of service) plus 8 UK bank holidays. You also get a half day off for your birthday and company closure over the Christmas period. Additionally, you have 5 days of sick pay per year.

*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are happy to work remotely as an independent contractor.
