Responsibilities

• Analyze, research, and develop product features with advanced cheminformatics capabilities
• Integrate the developed algorithms
• Develop and maintain a database for cheminformatics data storage and retrieval
• Ensure that the code and components comply with internal quality standards

Requirements

• Degree in chemistry
• Strong knowledge of cheminformatics and molecular modelling
• 1+ year of experience in Python programming
• Knowledge of RDKit or a similar library
• Desire to grow as IT specialist in Life Sciences and Cheminformatics

Nice to have

• Be experienced in Numpy, Pandas, JupyterLab, Git
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with machine learning applications for chemistry
• Critical thinking skills, experience in research and conducting experiments
