What We Do
Our Finance and Accounting teams build the financial infrastructure to scale our growing company. We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop a sound financial future for our global brand. We work closely with teams across the company, international subsidiaries, as well as with external partners to ensure a world-class finance organization. Our team contains experts from fields like tax, treasury, purchasing, FP&A, and more.
What You'll Do
The Payroll Coordinator will process timesheets, update payroll records, and answer employee questions along with other HR/administrative tasks.

We pay 100% for benefits for both employees (EEs) and dependents (deps). What You'll Do
The Payroll Coordinator will process timesheets, update payroll records, and answer employee questions along with other HR/administrative tasks.
In this role, you will
- Focus on the administration and calculation of the Serbian Payroll including time and absence management (monitoring sick leave and absence from work, tracking Epic's monthly maternity leave benefits, suspension of wages by court order, calculation of class differences in air transport)
- Submit tax returns for salary calculation and submit per diems for business trips
- Manage Employee Requests for Serbian Payroll/HR
- Help to prepare, review, track down paperwork for new joiner/leaver/existing employees and liaise with HR & Internal teams to receive Onboarding and Enrollment Paperwork in a timely manner (organizing the signing of the annexes once a year for all employees, scanning and sending documentation to HRP and archiving complete documentation in 3L)
- Prepare Monthly Payroll Reports and upload Payslips through Workday
- Prepare Monthly Payroll Payments in Bank* for approval
- Support other payrolls as needed (Slovakia, Poland)
- Experience with Serbian based ERP (Minimax )
- Experience in calculating payroll is a must
- Ability to work across multiple timezones
