• Create 2D illustrations of characters, locations, icons, and promotional art from concept to finalization in our unique style. This involves: reference research → concept design → rendering.

• Design and develop character concepts.

• Process illustrations, including those generated by AI or based on pre-existing templates, using photobashing and other techniques.

• Participate in team meetings, sharing fresh ideas.

• Work with any software as long as the results are high-quality.

Requirements:

• A portfolio that aligns with our upcoming tasks.

• Experience in the dark fantasy genre is preferred.

• Ability to adhere to a specific style and understanding of art pipelines.

• Strong grasp of composition, perspective, form, volume, color, and lighting.

• Deep sense of design and proficiency in it.

• Skills in photobashing and post-processing are a significant plus.

• Willingness to work with AI tools (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.) is an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in a team, flexible thinking, and a desire to grow.
