- Provides technical support to maintenance technicians during corrective maintenance and performs downtime analysis to improve equipment reliability.
- Develops and implements TPM standards, including Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM), across business units.
- Ensures achievement of maintenance department targets within the assigned scope and consistent application of maintenance procedures.
- Actively participates in continuous improvement of maintenance processes, technical enhancements, and efficiency improvements.
- Supports preparation and implementation of maintenance processes in new projects, production transfers, and new product launches.
- Participates in audits, supplier visits, machine pre-acceptance activities, and maintains required maintenance documentation and reports.
- Ensures compliance with legal requirements and internal standards related to occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environmental protection.

Tehničke veštine
Ability to independently diagnose equipment failures and resolve technical issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, methodical, and self-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of SAP (creating notifications, confirming orders, and data entry)
Good communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Iskustvo
Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or process-oriented environment
Automotive experience is an advantage
Obrazovanje
University degree in Engineering (Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field)

Advantageous knowledge of industrial robots (KUKA, FANUC, Epson)

Job Description

Your profile as Electrical Engineer (m/f/d):
- University degree in Engineering (Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or process-oriented environment, automotive experience is an advantage.
