As a Creative Strategist, you're the mastermind behind campaigns that get people talking. HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Conduct in-depth research on client competitors and industry trends to inform creative strategies
- Collaborate with media buyers and the creative team to storyboard, brainstorm, and develop innovative ad concepts that align with campaign objectives
- Oversee the production process of creative assets, coordinating with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials
- Craft detailed and effective creative briefs that translate conceptual ideas into actionable production guidelines. Ensure alignment with brand objectives, specify the necessary assets, and identify production requirements
- Conduct thorough quality checks on creative assets, offering detailed feedback to ensure designs are on-brand and meet established standards. Focus on visual elements, design details, and brand consistency to ensure pixel-perfect outputs
- Fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team by providing guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to team members
WHO YOU ARE
- You have previous experience working with direct-to-consumer brands in an agency or in-house, with a focus on developing effective creative strategies for driving conversion
- You have experience in managing end-to-end creative design workflows, from idea generation, coordinating with other creatives, and analyzing the performance of them
- You have a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and how to incorporate this data into your strategies
- You have experience working with static designs as well as motion design & video for paid social and organic channels
- You have the drive to learn all the time and solve any problem that’s thrown at you
- You have an eye for detail and ensure that your work is of the highest quality
- You are organized and are able to manage multiple projects at once to meet all deadlines
- You are a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking the initiative
- You have a portfolio to showcase your work and will be able to share it with us
