Adecco on behalf of our client, Mebit, an industry leader specializing in gambling, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and customer service, Adecco is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Italian-speaking) to join their team. In this role, you will provide customer support via live chat and email in Italian, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients. Your key responsibilities will include providing customer support, resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate records while collaborating with the team. Job Description:
- Providing timely and courteous customer support through live chat and email channels.
- Assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.
- Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients.
- Documenting customer interactions and ensuring accurate and thorough case records.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction with each interaction.
Candidate Profile:
- Italian proficiency (B2)
- Prior experience preferably in customer support
- Preferred computer skills include fast keyboard typing and proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, and Intercom.
- Other requirements include basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and an understanding of sports and gambling rules.
