    • Immigration Services: Facilitate the immigration process for international employees, including obtaining work permits and visas. Maintain regulatory compliance and provide ongoing support throughout the immigration journey.
    • Office Management and Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. Manage office supplies, facilities maintenance, and visitor access.
    • Event Planning and Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities, corporate events, and employee recognition programs to foster a positive company culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
    • Health and Safety: Prioritise employee health and safety by implementing necessary measures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, including suppliers of office supplies, catering services, and other necessary resources.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and manage expense reimbursements.
    • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
