Sales Representative Consumer Serbia

Location : Belgrade, Serbia 

Role overview 

SALES & MARKETING : Execution of company's strategy. Achieves individual AOP targets, direct retailers and Car Dealer customers (focus on A segment). Maximize & keeping GY Group A segment share in retail customers on the area of responsibility. Monitoring customer financial condition. Introducing, implementation, execution & monitoring of sales value proposition and trade-marketing sell-out and loyalty programs in direct customers (eq. GY Team). Supporting marketing campaigns. Preparing & participation in customer's events. Implementation & execution GY brands merchandising rules in retail customers on the area of responsibility.

MANAGEMENT : Regular customer's visits on the area of responsibility. Business and technical support. Creating "pull effect" in direct customers (focus on A segment). Creating of business-positive Company's image, building sustainable, long-term relationships with customers (wholesalers and direct retail). Managing the area of responsibility to obtain sustainable business growth and maximize profitability on GYG in retail customers in the area of responsibility. Continuous retailers verification to maintain 20/80 rule.

BUSINESS SUPPORT : Cooperation & supporting other functions within PBU Consumer Division (e.g. RSM, KAM, SM, DB, Marketing, Trade-Marketing, Sales Enablement dept., Supply Chain, etc.). Participation in projects and ventures.

REPORTING : Works on CRM System. Delivers all required reports outside & inside organization (market information: competitors and customers activity, customer financial condition, stock level, changes of trends on tires market). Delivering detailed, daily visits on the area of responsibility reports.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS : Participation in projects & product, sales and system training courses to increase knowledge, competences and skills.

Requirements :

• University degree  
• Min. 5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in automotive/tire industry)
• Fluency in English  (spoken and written)
• Strong experience in customer relationship management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets and goals
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions
• Strong Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM)
• Flexibility to travel on regular basis
