Customer Support Agent (German language)

Adecco's Client is an international call center company that represents world-class automotive manufacturers brands. On their behalf, we are looking for highly motivated candidates, for the position:

Customer Support Specialist (German language)

Location: Belgrade

Job responsibilities:

• Providing in German language: basic information and customer assistance, selling services and other services, including promotional activities by telephone and/or digital channels;
• Research the required information using available sources and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools;
• Identifying and intensifies priority problems;
• Directs the request to the appropriate resource;
• Handles customer complaints, provides adequate solutions and alternatives within time limits;
• Following-up communication to ensure resolution where necessary;
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and operational policies;
• Documenting interactions with customers, process customer accounts and archive all information according to operational procedures;
• Updating the knowledge of the job by studying new descriptions of products and services;
• Taking a part in educational opportunities.

Requirements:

• Speaking German minimum at the level of B2;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Similar working experience is an advantage;
• Familiarity with MS office, social media and other tech tools needed to handle the job properly.
