Assistant Auditor

We're looking for a motivated Assistant Auditor to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Audit Manager and Audit Senior to ensure the accuracy and integrity of audit processes.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Consistently performing simple (partial) audits of annual accounts independently;
- Ensuring compliance with quality criteria, internal procedures, and laws and regulations;
- Independently compiling annual accounts under supervision;
- Conducting interviews with the client’s employees to gather audit evidence;
- Thoroughly documenting findings in the audit file;
- Carrying out work within the standards of the audit budget;
- Seeking assistance when the work program is unclear;
- Maintaining relationships with client contacts;
- Supervising junior assistant auditors;
- Keeping professional knowledge up to date;
- Actively contributing to discussions and consultations;
- A qualitatively correct (sub)file in accordance with the Auditing Standards;
- Providing a correct and comprehensive statement of audit findings;
- Correct completion of the work program;
- Promptly informing the audit manager of any issues;
- Maintaining intensive communication with the audit manager;
- Demonstrating an active and professional attitude within the audit team and towards the client
What we expect from you:
- University Degree in Faculty of Economics, Organizational Sciences, or related degree/studies.
- 3+ years of audit experience
- Fluent English language skills are required for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
