Tražimo motivisanu i proaktivnu osobu za poziciju Pre-sales Specialist, koja će imati ključnu ulogu u podršci prodajnog tima kroz istraživanje tržišta i generisanje novih poslovnih prilika. Osoba na ovoj poziciji će se fokusirati na inicijalni kontakt sa potencijalnim klijentima i zakazivanje sastanaka sa ključnim donosiocima odluka, čime će doprineti širenju poslovnih mogućnosti.
Odgovornosti:
- Istraživanje tržišta kako bi se identifikovali potencijalni klijenti i nova poslovna tržišta
- Inicijalni kontakt sa potencijalnim klijentima putem telefona (cold calling) i emaila (cold emailing)
- Zakazivanje sastanaka sa ključnim osobama u ciljnim kompanijama za prodajni tim ili menadžment
- Praćenje i vođenje detaljne evidencije o interakcijama sa potencijalnim klijentima u CRM sistemu
- Saradnja sa prodajnim timom i menadžmentom u cilju definisanja strategija za unapređenje lead generation procesa
- Praćenje rezultata aktivnosti i podnošenje izveštaja o postignutim ciljevima
- Postizanje mesečnih ciljeva u pogledu broja zakazanih sastanaka
Kvalifikacije i veštine:
- Iskustvo u pre-sales ili sličnim poslovima (telemarketing, prodaja, customer support) je prednost, ali nije neophodno
- Snažne komunikacione veštine, kako usmene tako i pismene
- Sposobnost za obavljanje istraživanja tržišta i analizu podataka o potencijalnim klijentima
- Veštine u cold calling-u i cold emailing-u
- Iskustvo u korišćenju CRM softvera i alata za praćenje aktivnosti klijenata je prednost
- Poznavanje alata za marketinške kampanje i lead generation je prednost
- Poznavanje engleskog jezika na komunikacijskom nivou
Uslovi rada:
- Rad iz kancelarije na Novom Beogradu Airport City
- Angažovanje sa punim radnim vremenom (9 - 17h)
- Angažovanje na određeni period (3 meseca), sa mogućnošću stalnog zaposlenja u kompaniji
