About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO based in Malta.
We need a good coordinator with a cando attitude being able to fit in our highpaced mode who keeps accountability and has business sense can coordinate all aspects (travel keep the record of the expenses coordinate home staff and events etc).
Reporting line: CEO
Location: Serbia (remote)
Responsibilities
- Manage CEOs calendar
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters
- Manage visa and any other authoritys paperwork
- Manage travel and travelrelated activities for the CEO (car park jet & airfield passes VIP lounges tickets etc)
- Work in sync with the PA dedicated to the CEOs family
- Manage expenses
- Support special projects
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality
Requirements
- Fluent English and Russian
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Creative multitasker and team player with problemsolving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in expenses reporting
- Extensive knowledge of how to collect organize and evaluate market research
- Attention to detail
- Strong time and project management skills
- Experience with accurately collecting organizing and analyzing data sets
