- Analyze sales performance, market trends, shopper behavior, and category dynamics using Nielsen, household panel (HHP), and internal data sources to generate actionable insights.
- Evaluate product assortment and identify optimization opportunities to improve category performance, distribution, and profitability.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) launches by providing recommendations on distribution, shelf placement, visibility, and execution excellence.
- Develop and maintain planograms using Spaceman or similar Category Management tools to support category reviews and retailer recommendations.
- Create compelling category selling stories, insights presentations, and business recommendations for customers, including NPD and Category Management initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Insights, and other stakeholders to support consumer development programs and drive business objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities, market developments, Perfect Store execution, and PICOS compliance to ensure strong category performance and competitive advantage.

Previous experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, Sales, or other FMCG commercial functions.
Meke veštine
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting Nielsen, shopper research, household panel, and sales data to generate insights and recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Category Management tools such as Nielsen Spaceman or similar software; experience working with large datasets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions.

- University degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, Sales, or other FMCG commercial functions.
