About the role

• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads through cold calling, emailing, texting, and social media outreach
• Minimum 100 outbound activities per day
• Conduct an 8 hour workday within USA timezones between 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
• Utilize HubSpot to log all communication, actions, and sales process milestones accurately
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospective clients' business, SEO, and revenue goals
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies
• Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Follow up with potential clients in a timely manner to ensure engagement and interest
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign performance

About you

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or SEO industry
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and qualify prospects through cold outreach
• A solid understanding of SEO is preferred but not required
• Expert ability in getting past the first ‘NO’ in a cold call
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts clearly
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in using CRM software, Hubspot preferred but not required.
• Strong relationship-building skills; ability to establish rapport quickly
• Ability to identify client needs and provide effective solutions
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset; ability to work independently and as part of a team
