Virtual Assistant Opportunity: Upload content onto websites

About the company

We are an SEO company that owns and operates multiple content websites in many different niches. At Eden Emerald there are opportunities for growing, learning, promotions and much more. 

We run several successful informational websites (on topics such as cryptocurrency and supplements), and we are looking for someone who can help with uploading content on our sites.

About the role

The role will involve uploading content onto websites, which includes adding images, text, tables, and other elements to a Wordpress page, using Thrive Architect.  You will also be expected to create simple graphics using Canva to upload on webpages. You will not need to write any content, as our writers will do this.

We are looking for someone who wants to dedicate themselves to forming a long term working relationship. The role will be a full-time position of 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day Monday to Friday. You can be flexible with the times you start and finish work each day, as long as you complete 8 hours each weekday. Note that your working hours will be tracked using Hubstaff, which includes monitoring your mouse and keyboard activity, as well as random screenshots of your screen taken at roughly 10 minute intervals.

About you

• Must have experience working with WordPress.
• Preferably have experience working with Thrive Architect or other website builders, such as Elementor. (Not essential, as training will be provided, but if you have this experience it will be highly regarded.)
• Are organised, pay good attention to detail, and will ensure information is consistent across websites.
• Are a quick learner, as you will need to learn how to use Thrive Architect.
• Are fluent in English, and a good communicator.
• Like things to look good and have an eye for consistency in the look & layout of webpages.
• Are honest, trustworthy, and reliable, and able to work unsupervised.
• Enjoy working independently at your own pace, yet can meet deadlines.
• Can use constructive feedback to better yourself, and not take offence at it.
• Are able to work on repetitive tasks without losing focus or making errors.
• Are not afraid to try new programs or apps and have a general willingness to learn.
• Have a home office with fast, reliable internet connection.
• Are seeking a long-term work relationship.
• Are comfortable with having your hours and work tracked by Hubstaff, which includes monitoring your mouse and keyboard activity, as well as random screenshots of your screen taken at roughly 10 minute intervals.

The starting salary is 800 EUR per month, and this may be increased depending on your performance. 

Additionally, as the business grows, so may your responsibilities, and there is the possibility of being promoted to a different role within the company.
