- Analiza ugovora i kompletne dokumentacije, kao i pribavljanje potrebnih dokumenata u skladu sa ugovorom
- Izrada tehnologije izvođenja radova i definisanje resursa sa projektnim biroom i šefom gradilišta
- Kreiranje Plana Projekta u saradnji sa tehničkom pripremom i nabavkom (budžet, dinamika, troškovi, podugovaranje, nabavka, cash flow)
- Izrada dinamičkog plana i praćenje projektnih softvera
- Koordinacija nabavke materijala, podugovaranja i proizvodnih naloga
- Saradnja sa svim učesnicima projekta radi realizacije i sprovođenja korektivnih mera
- Redovni obilasci gradilišta radi uvida u stanje i potrebe projekta
- Izrada i praćenje mesečnih i završnih obračuna radova

Potrebne kvalifikacije
Tehničke veštine
Poznavanje MS Office paketa
Poznavanje MS Project-a
Poznavanje AutoCAD-a
Iskustvo
Minimum 3 godine prethodnog iskustva na istim ili sličnim pozicijama
Obrazovanje
Diploma Građevinskog fakulteta
Meke veštine
Izražene organizacione veštine
Iskustvo u vođenju kompleksnih projekata

Šta ćeš raditi?
- Analiza ugovora i kompletne dokumentacije, kao i pribavljanje potrebnih dokumenata u skladu sa ugovorom
- Izrada tehnologije izvođenja radova i definisanje resursa sa projektnim biroom i šefom gradilišta
- Kreiranje Plana Projekta u saradnji sa tehničkom pripremom i nabavkom (budžet, dinamika, troškovi, podugovaranje, nabavka, cash flow)

Tvoje kvalifikacije:
- Diploma Građevinskog fakulteta
- Minimum 3 godine prethodnog iskustva na istim ili sličnim pozicijama
- Poznavanje MS Office paketa, MS Project-a i AutoCAD-a
- Izražene organizacione veštine
- Iskustvo u vođenju kompleksnih projekata
- Dobro poznavanje engleskog jezika
