Data Management Lead

Ardagh Metal Packaging Serbia is looking for  Data Management Lead.

The main purpose of the Data Management Lead position is to be responsible for managing and coordinating team of Master Data Management specialists, serving high Data Quality across multiple Data business domains. The Data Management Lead will be responsible for implementeation of AMP-E end-to-end data governance framework, including policies, guidelines and ways of working, to support good data quality and ensure a secure data management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports Data Governance & Quality manager in creations and re-shaping of data handling processes, procedures, guidelines, and maintain Data Management plans
• Communicate with clarity and promote data literacy together with good data handling practices along peers and through Data Governance Organization
• Act like liaison between business, Data team and Reporting teams
• Leading and mentoring team of Master Data Management specialists in order to secure business continuity and distribution of high DQ across organization.

• Conduct Data cataloguing activities, such as: Data Classification, Data Dictionary, Business glossary.
• Creation of Data Lineage for support of data consistency across system landscape - both, process wise, and system wise

• Responsible for Full data lifecycle control - From process of creation, up to final destruction/archiving
• Defining together with business "active" data, i.e. Data retention periods, Process and actions for deactivation/achieving/deletion of obsolete data

• Defining KPis and together with business agree thresholds across DQ dimensions. Taking care of DQ across all dimensions
• Create DQ KPI monitoring reports for Critical Data Attributes
• Create and communicate on process for raising and handling of DQ issues
• Defining match & merge rules for the purpose of de-duplication of entities under various data business domains, and perform match & merge activities
• Secure that newly created solutions or modification of exiting data consuming solutions follow data management rules

• Depending on a complexity and configuration of data related projects, take full lead or support higher PM teams in projects leading.
• Support mapping business processes, and data touch points with those processes
• Take lead of stakeholders in data enrichment, modification, new sources integration activates

Requirements

• Experience working in SAP environment (SAP ERP and SAP BW/4HANA)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a data lead, across different data business domains
• Experienced in working with data queries
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, which brings clarity and help management to understand complex data governance frameworks
• Experienced in stakeholder management and capability of engaging different levels of seniority across Business, IT and Analytics
• Excellent quantitative and documentation skills, ability to work with large amounts of data
• Working proficiency in English
• CDMP, PMP or related certificate is advantage.
