We are seeking a highly motivated and career-minded  Data Analyst  with a passion for data, automation, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data structures, and proficiency in tools such as  Excel ,  Power BI , and  automation platforms . This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sense of urgency, a desire to streamline processes, and high emotional intelligence (EQ) to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using  Power BI and  Excel
• Automate repetitive data tasks and reporting processes using tools such as  Power Automate ,  VBA , or  Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve data workflows and reporting efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
• Advanced proficiency in  Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VBA)
• Strong experience with  Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Familiarity with  automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python scripting, or RPA platforms)
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
• Self-starter with a career-driven mindset and a strong sense of urgency
