What Youll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email.
- Assist customers with expert guidance and support.
- Document interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C1) and English (B2).
- Experience in Customer Support/IT help desk.
- Strong problem-solving skills and PC proficiency.
