About the Position

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to handle various HR-related tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations as our client scales its business. The ideal candidate will have experience in similar roles and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Onboarding & Offboarding : Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the company, and handle offboarding procedures when necessary.
• Contract Creation : Draft and manage employment contracts, ensuring they meet legal requirements and company standards.
• Housing & Transportation : Assist in finding suitable housing for truck drivers and organize transportation to their work destinations.
• Procedure Development : Help establish and refine HR procedures and best practices as our company grows.
• General HR Support : Provide day-to-day support for HR-related tasks and challenges as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience : A few years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
• Skills : Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communication : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Serbian and English.
• Location : Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia, and able to work on-site.
