In your new role you will:

Grow Infineon’s novel shift left methodologies. e.g. early architecture assessment , chip integration feasibility etc. to help business lines to meet time to market.
Actively contribute to new innovations and tool development for chip integration, floor planning and timing processes
Evolve and support CI/CD inspired design system for chip integration
Define data sources, data flow’s, R&D data collection , guide for continuous improvements to achieve maximum efficiency.
Create innovative solutions to improve design efficiencies by c ollaborating, defining and driving the world wide design community.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Approximately 15+ years of experience in R&D/Applicatio n in semiconductor /EDA industry
Experience in architecting and developing complex scalable chip integration methodologies right from idea generation-to-production with a very good design architecture.
10+ years of work experience in EDA applications or software design and implementation
Knowledge in one of the following domains: C hip Integration, RTL2GDS, Digital Design, Data Structures & Algorithms.
Experience with Physical Design Tools like Fusion Compiler, Prime Time, Design Compiler OR similar tools
Familiarity with agile software development techniques will be good to have.
Fluency in German will be good to have.
