Job Description

As a CNC Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of vehicles by leveraging your expertise in computer numerical control (CNC) machining and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

Utilize state-of-the-art CNC machinery to fabricate complex automotive components with unparalleled precision;
Adjust CNC technology parameters and calculate/update standard labor times for productivity;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and streamline production workflows.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation of CNC equipment.
Continuously innovate and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality in automotive manufacturing.

Qualifications

Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation, preferably within the automotive industry.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam) for designing and programming CNC toolpaths.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive mindset towards problem-solving.
