On behalf of our Client world wide leading airline we are looking for travel consultant fluent in German for a fully remote position if based in Serbia.

Tasks

To be the primary contact for their customers
To answer questions regarding flight reservations cancellations and online check in via phone
Calls are handled in German language

Requirements

The candidates have to be located in Serbia no visa needed (Serbian residents in Serbia)
English language level B2
German language level B2
Flexibility (weekend shifts)
Reliability
To own a smartphone
Good internet connection

Work schedule: 8 hours a day 30 minutes lunch and 15 minutes short paid breaks from Monday to Sunday starting at 8:00 and 10:00 in the future there will be shifts starting from 7:00 and the last one finishing at 22:00.
4 weeks of virtual training in English 2 weeks of coaching
Limited contract for 1 year with the probation period of 6 months (with the possibility of prolongation)
