As an Executive Assistant , the purpose is to help ease the workload of the CEO. This also involves supporting the current EA, who operates in a USA time zone, in transitioning to another role.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Coordinating and scheduling meetings.

📦 Managing emails efficiently.

📑 Developing PowerPoint presentations.

💼 Crafting sales proposals.

📊 Handling invoicing, payroll, creating SOPs, and data entry.

🗓️ Procuring gifts for team members.

🧾 Organising company retreats.

📦 Following up on invoices.

Working Hours ⏰: Full Time, ideally adhering to a blend of London time with some overlap into the USA timezone.

To excel in this role, you need to have:
