What you´ll do

Organizes and implements all activities related to HPS (workshops, reports, roadmap...).
Promotes continuous process improvement and active participation of all employees.
Monitors the efficiency of production parts of the factory, analyzes OEE losses and suggests measures for improvement.
Creates and controls the implementation of standards related to increasing safety, improving the working environment, quality and efficiency on the lines.
Trains personnel for standards application, organizing and implementing autonomous maintenance activities in factories/internal logistics.
Participates in the creation of plans for autonomous plant maintenance, proposes measures and monitors the implementation of the plan.
Organizes and conducts employee training within the HPS tools.
Collaborates with technical team engineers to develop standards and improve efficiency Initiates, encourages and motivates innovative work and actively participates in it.

What makes you a good fit

University degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, manufacturing Eng. as preferred options.
MS Office English advanced level.
