Description

Sales

Collaborate with the Sales Manager to drive sales and KPIs.
Implement the Flying Tiger Copenhagen concept to ensure sales and profitability in the store.
Ensure the customer experience in the store through the Flying Tiger Copenhagen customer service approach.

Retail Operations

Implement the Flying Tiger Copenhagen concept of commercial and operational models, following manuals and guidelines.
Ensure a smooth and efficient product receiving process.
Collaborate with the Manager to improve store performance.
Responsible for daily monitoring of cash handling and ensuring that security procedures are followed in the absence of the Sales Manager.
Actively collaborate with the Manager to understand all tasks of the Sales Manager.
Participate in relevant meetings and trainings with the Sales Manager.

Management

Collaborate with the manager to gain knowledge of personnel management, such as recruitment, induction and training, as well as work environment procedures.
Responsibility together with the regional manager for the operation of the store and staff in the absence of the sales manager.
Facilitate and communicate the values, goals and culture of the company and contribute to effective teamwork.
Oversee routine tasks and scheduling for sales assistants in the absence of the sales manager

Requirements

Secondary School
Previous working experience in the same or similar position in retail
Very good knowledge in MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet
Very Good knowledge of Business English Language is an advantage
Results-oriented and business-oriented.
Strong sales skills combined with sales coaching skills.
Excellent understanding of customer service and focus on customer experience.
Understanding of commercial and visual merchandising principles.
