Open Position: Customer Care Specialist (Serbian Market)

We are looking for a specialist to strengthen client engagement in the Serbian market with a focus on support. You will help clients better use our product, recover lost clients, and also find additional opportunities for upselling and partnership development.

Your main responsibilities:

Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Recover lost clients according to defined target metrics
Be a reliable support and advisor for clients on all issues related to Joobles service
Work on increasing the average check by offering clients an optimal package (upsells)
Support clients in the recruitment process: help with job descriptions, consult on service capabilities
Work with both active clients and those who have previously stopped cooperation, finding relevant solutions for them
Create a positive client experience focusing on the long-term value of cooperation
Analyze information, structure data, draw conclusions, and make decisions based on them
Monitor the market, competitors, and client needs to develop new approaches in client work

Who we are looking for:

Experience in B2B sales
Fluent Ukrainian or English and confident knowledge of Serbian
English at a level sufficient to understand internal communication and materials (a plus)
Willingness to learn, openness to new things, interest in people and the product
Ability to combine care for the client and sales development
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work with large volumes of information
