Customer Service Specialist with Spanish and English

Deliver superior customer experience to individuals and business clients by calls and mail
Register patients for visits and provide them with help in looking for physical clinics
Contact clinics in order to book visit for patients
Collect comments from clients and doctors
Handle complaints, reporting irregularities and deficiencies in consultations to physicians
Take care of the proper circulation of medical documentation

Requirements

Serbian language - native
An empathetic, understanding, and discreet person,
Accurate and organized,
Communicative knowledge of English,
Knowledge of the Office system,
Experienced in customer or patient service.
