Position Overview

We are looking for a Croatian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Sofia . In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers delivering outstanding support and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across multiple channels.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 23:00 (shift based)
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 19:00 (shift based)
Training:
- 3 weeks training 1 week nesting (fully paid)

Support customers via phone email and chat ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Build strong knowledge of products and services to confidently answer customer questions.
Act like a problem-solvergather information efficiently and deliver clear solutions.
Maintain a friendly empathetic and professional communication style in every interaction.
Collaborate with colleagues share ideas and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture.

What You Bring

Native-level Croatian and at least B2 English (spoken & written).
Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
Comfortable using MS Office.
Organized precise and able to multitask independently or within a team.
