As a Product Owner, you will:

Research and analyze market, customer use cases, and competitor products to identify problems and business needs.

Work closely with business stakeholders and product managers to understand, prioritize, and communicate needs to ensure full understanding of project scope and requirements.

Translate business needs and use cases into executable product requirements and user stories for the development team.

Be responsible for the product backlog grooming, clearly expressing the product backlog items, and prioritizing the items to best achieve our product goals within a scrum framework

Define the user story acceptance criteria and ensure “definition of done” is aligned with the development team

Coordinate product release and launch activities with Product Marketing

Other duties include scheduling and leading meetings to identify product issues, managing product roadmaps, and completing daily goals and schedules to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.

A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Business/Product Analyst/ Scrum Product Owner. Workforce or HCM applications are a plus!

Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical and product management skills.

Experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application requirements.

Exhibit strong oral, written, and reasoning abilities.

Agile & Scrum process experience.
