Head of Marketing

for Markets of Albania, Belgium, and Spain

(partially remote position)

Duties and responsibilities:

ROI Marketing campaigns
Developing marketing strategies/market share
Managing the marketing budget/gross margin
Measuring the effectiveness of marketing projects/Customer lifetime value
Competitor research
Preparing and completing marketing action plan/Sales amount & volume
Developing a brand strategy

Expectations:

University degree in marketing or related field
10+ years of experience in marketing
Stable work history
Advanced level of English
Advanced user of MS Office
Readiness to extensively travel to and work in all countries where the company operates
Communication and organizational skills
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Adaptability to change.
Willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
