Your Contribution

Initiate corrective action for machine-level manufacturing deviations and problems that arise during production
as quickly and efficiently as possible, in order to ensure that product production continues as soon as possible.
Coordinate the identification of causes of errors and recurring errors using the most appropriate problem-solving
methods.
Continuously monitor production indicators and machine-level measurements and intervene to improve
production results.
Monitor the implementation of standard work and take immediate action in case of deviations.
Conduct 5S and Standard Work audits, implement and develop planned activities.
Regularly supervise (machine operator, set up, visual inspector, IPC) standard processes and guidelines.
TWI use work instructions and check whether the product is being manufactured correctly during the work
process and suggests modifications.
Act as a mentor to new employees.
Perform machine operator and set up work, during training or in case of absence.
The work carried out in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations and in compliance with and enforcement
of labor, fire and environmental protection regulations.

Your Profile

General technical knowledge, knowledge of the entire production process HOT and COLD, IPC.
Experience in manufacturing.
Use the TWI method, following problem-solving tools: A3, Ishikawa, Pareto, 5 whys; the basics of Kaizen, application of SPC, PDCA,
SMED; appication of the 5S method at a skill level. He knows MS Word, Excel programs at a user level.
Technical high school background.
