Due to the rapidly growing development of 5G networks and our continuous growth, we are looking for new colleagues who will join our documentation department for our office in Belgrade.

As a Technical Documentation Engineer, you will develop customer documentation and processes.

Your scope of duties:

Continuous learning of installation customer standards
Daily, remote follow-up of installation field teams (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, photos) and quality check
Daily support of installation field teams related to installation standards
Quality control of work performed (diagnosing and locating installation faults and standard deviations
Collecting photos from the installation team and setting up to right format and name
Production or update of different customer documents after installation is completed
Final quality check of installation through photos delivered by field teams

Requirements:

University degree in a technical field (telecommunications, energetics, etc.)
Good computer skills: MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, photo editors
Upper intermediate level of English, both verbal and written

Nice to have but not a must:

Work experience in project design in telecommunications, and mobile networks (roll-out/swap/system optimization projects)
Work experience in international or Scandinavian projects
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
