Key Requirements

3-5 senior experience; coordinates and supervises daily activities of a small team; sets priorities and supports performance/engagement actions with oversight from more senior managers.
Knowledge of service line or previous experience in HRP, A&T or GEM (asset)
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
People management experience
Demonstrated first-line team leadership (work allocation, coaching, review/quality oversight) consistent with “supervises daily activities” expectation
Certifications
Practitioner-level PM certification (PRINCE2/Agile)"
