Intro

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our distributed Product Development team. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage and grow our engineering team while ensuring the smooth delivery of our signature platform. You’ll combine people leadership with technical credibility: guiding the team in their daily work, supporting their growth, and helping us ship high-quality features efficiently. You’ll act as the bridge between product vision and technical execution, creating clarity and removing obstacles as you go.

Key Responsibilities

Line manage and support engineers through coaching, 1:1s, growth, and feedback.
Own team delivery: plan, prioritize, and execute backlog items together with Product.
Facilitate team rituals and maintain a sustainable delivery pace.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, QA, and Infrastructure to deliver
end-to-end solutions.
Provide technical direction and sparring, ensuring code quality and sound decisions.
Serve as the primary point of contact between Product and Technology.
Ensure adoption, quality, and smooth roll-out of new features.
